Alignment reimagined
RACECUBE™ is a new and innovative laser-based, highly accurate, wheel alignment technology that, in conjunction with ingenious software, offers many advantages over existing systems. Tablet-integrated algorithms and a unique pairing between its Cube-mounted laser and matched target scale bars, means exceptionally accurate wheel alignments can be achieved quickly, all without the need for the precise placement of the scale bars fore and aft of the vehicle.
RACECUBE™ allows you to:
- Measure precise toe settings for all four wheels relative to a mathematically calculated vehicle centreline reference frame in less than 10 minutes
- Measure and compensate for wheel run-out
- Establish the driving direction determined by the rear axle toe angles and easily adjust for any unwanted thrust angle
- Indicate where your track-rods and toe-links should be adjusted to, to realign for new target setups
- Choose results output to be displayed for all four wheels individually* or for front and rear axle pairs
- Easily check whether your total toe and steer vector alignment settings are acceptable or require adjustment through a unique traffic light ‘go or no-go’ CUBE Vector system
- Measure and adjust your alignment on the ground or off the ground
- Improve aerodynamic efficiency
- Easily correct a steering wheel that isn’t straight.

The main capabilities of RACECUBE™
- Provides an extremely precise measurement of individual and total toe angles relative to a calculated effective vehicle centreline reference. All with an accuracy of +/- 1 minute of a degree of individual toe; +/- 2 minutes of total toe
- An accuracy of +/- 5 minutes camber and +/- 8 minutes caster
- Introduces a novel CUBE Vector method for conveying results clearly and quickly using a ‘traffic light’ display\
- Fast to use (A typical single-seater can be measured and adjusted in under 15 minutes)
- No requirement to remove wings, crash structures or any bodywork
- Setup and adjustments can be conducted with the car on the ground, on its tyres or on setup wheels or with the car off the ground with the wheels in droop
- Highly repeatable
- Switch between two levels of precision, Expert mode and Workshop mode, depending on accuracy required
- Switch results between all 4-wheel output* and CUBE Vector output. (*Available with RACECUBE™ Pro Plus)
- Calculates an 'effective vehicle centreline' i.e. relative to how the wheels/tyres are actually determining the car's direction on the ground
- Calculates any resulting thrust angle relative to the effective centreline, plus a method for correcting it to zero
- Provides front toe angles referenced to the effective centreline and the rear axle reference i.e the thrust angle
- Calculates toe angles taking into account wheel run-out if required
- Provides an easy-to-use method for how the track-rods and toe-links should be adjusted to achieve a required alignment
- Highly mobile and easy to transport
- Calculates King Pin Inclination (KPI)
